Ageless Basic Level
Everyone starts here and don’t let the name fool you. Achieving Ageless Basic means that you are well equipped to handle anything that life throws at you without pain. From lifting your baby overhead (or your spouse) to moving heavy things by the end of Basic you will have the foundation for a functional and fit body that moves pain-free.
Based on building the foundational movements such as the squat, hinge or pushup. The Basic level focuses on understanding your pain areas, addressing imbalances and movements that build up your strength and mobility.
You will finish Basic with better health, better movement, better resiliency and most importantly the ability to handle anything life throws at you.


Testing Standards
To Pass Basic you must be able to perform:
- Air Squat 50 reps
- Plank 45 seconds
- Lateral Plank 45 seconds each side
- Back Extension 15 seconds
- Hollow Body 15 seconds
- Horse Stance 45 seconds
- Kneeling Opposite 15 sec each side
